CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS & SAFETY: If you must cancel for any reason, please notify our Registration Department by phone at (703) 452-4618 or email: ehart@nbmedia.com. There will be a $75.00 processing fee on refunds issued after September 7, 2013. On this date and before you may cancel your registration at any time with no penalties. You may transfer your registration at no charge to another person at any time by providing written authorization. Due to safety concerns no one under the age of 18, including infants in strollers, will be permitted to attend.
